Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you book a place on the IOSH Approved Setting to Work Safely e-learning course through this website. Please read them before you pay. By booking, you agree to them.
1. About us
The course is sold and delivered by Organic OSH Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16275821), registered office 49 Rampside, Barrow-in-Furness, LA13 0PY. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Organic OSH Ltd, and "you" means the person or business paying for the place.
You can contact us at antwy26@live.co.uk.
2. The course
IOSH Approved Setting to Work Safely is a self-paced online course for construction supervisors. It takes about four hours, including a final assessment. It is delivered through our online learning platform, Reach 360, provided by Articulate.
The course content, lessons and learning outcomes are as described on this website at the time you book. We may update the content to keep it accurate and in line with IOSH requirements. If we make a change that significantly affects a course you have paid for and not yet started, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Booking and payment
- The price is shown on this website and at checkout, in pounds sterling.
- Payment is taken online by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- One payment buys one place for one learner.
- Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed.
- If you need several places, or want to train a team, contact us and we will agree the booking with you directly.
4. Getting into the course
- After payment, we send a personal invitation to the email address used at checkout. If you are paying for someone else, enter the learner's email address at checkout, not your own.
- The invitation and the account it creates are for one named learner only. Logins must not be shared.
- If the invitation has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us and we will sort it out.
5. The assessment
The course ends with a final knowledge assessment of 24 questions, with 30 minutes allowed. The pass mark is 80% (20 out of 24). If you do not pass, you can re-sit once using a different assessment, and we will help you with the next steps if you do not pass the re-sit.
6. Your right to cancel, and refunds
If you are buying as a consumer, the law usually gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because this course is digital content, that right works as follows:
Before you accept your invitation: you can cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund. Email us at antwy26@live.co.uk.
Once you accept your invitation and start the course: by booking, you ask us to give you access straight away, and you agree that you lose the right to cancel once access has been provided.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
None of this affects your legal rights if the course is faulty or not as described. If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
7. Our content
The course and all its materials belong to Organic OSH Ltd. You may use them for your own learning. You must not copy, share, record, resell or publish them.
8. What the course is, and is not
The course is training. It does not replace your employer's responsibilities, site-specific risk assessments, method statements, permits or competent health and safety advice. You remain responsible for how you apply what you learn on site.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the course. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or, if you are buying as a business, for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
10. Problems and complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, email us at antwy26@live.co.uk and we will try to put it right.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
